• Do both parents pay?

  Only one parent must subscribe to a subscription to give access to all family members: two parents, children, third parties, and mediators. The expense can be shared in the "Finance" section of your 2houses account.

• Will I be automatically charged?

  Yes, except if you cancel your subscription before the end of the test or renewal period.

• Can I cancel my subscription?

  Yes, before the end of the test period or before the automatic renewal date if you do not wish to be withdrawn.

• I pay the subscription. Am I the account administrator?
  No, there is no account administrator. Each parent has the same rights on the account. There is just one parent who manages the subscription.
• My co-parent pays the subscription. How do I get to pay it?
  On your subscription page, you can request to pay for the subscription by clicking on the "I want to pay for the subscription" button https://tools.2houses.com/settings/subscription
